- Please do not use WhatsApp or other message types as we cannot monitor numerous media.
- As we do not have a reception and we administer our own appointments, we can only respond to queries outside of appointment times. If you have not received a response to your query within three working days, please send it again as we regularly have a large volume of queries to respond to.
- Please note that the clinic is very busy, and some appointment times are booked weeks in advance and are difficult to come by. There can be a wait of 2-4 weeks for an initial appointment.
- If you miss your appointment you may have a prolonged wait for a new appointment, and a cancellation fee may be payable.
- Evening appointments with Fionnuala are only available on a very limited basis.
- Unfortunately, we cannot offer emergency appointments.
