CHECK SYMPTOMS
Prior to your appointment, if you start to develop symptoms, or you’ve been in close contact with someone who has Covid, ‘flu or RSV, then we will need to rearrange your appointment for a later date.
PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME
We must start and finish appointments on schedule to allow for essential cleaning of the room between appointments.
MASKS
We will be wearing a face mask. We ask that you also wear a mask when entering the building and during your time in the clinic room, unless we ask you to remove it.
HAND SANITISING
On arrival into the clinic you will be directed to sanitise your hands and also when leaving.
If you have been asked to take a photograph of your tongue, please follow the instructions in this video .
